How We Use Your Data
All color analysis runs entirely on your device using Apple's Vision framework for face detection and Metal for color measurement. No photos, camera data, or biometric information is ever transmitted to any server.
Your season result is stored in your device's Keychain using versioned serialization. There is no server-side storage of any kind.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not share your data with third parties for advertising purposes. If you opt in to behavioral analytics, that data is sent to our first-party analytics system only.
Data Retention
Your data persists on your device until you delete the app or clear your Keychain through iOS Settings. Since no data is stored on our servers, there is nothing to retain on our end.
Data Deletion
To delete all your data, simply delete the Seasons app from your device. This removes all stored data including your season result and any preferences. There is no account to delete and no server-side data to request removal of.
Children's Privacy
Seasons is rated 12+ on the App Store and is intended for users aged 13 and older. We are COPPA compliant. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with data, please contact us and we will take steps to address the situation.
California Privacy Rights (CCPA)
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Since all data processing happens on your device, there is no personal information collected by us that would be subject to a CCPA access or deletion request.
